Living the life in the new working environment – is never easy! With no backgrounds in medical field, I now work in a clinic. Everything is new to me. Bits and tiny pieces of information related to SOPPs, administration, pharmacy, medical files etc etc etc are whacking my head. They are mind-sucking beasts! But at the end of the day, I leaned a lot.
We have four Physicians, namely (1) Dr Geek, (2) Dr Cute, (3) Dr Tea and (4) Dr Healthy, and they are all very helpful. Everyday is a new learning. This bunch of brains is helping me a lot. Sometimes transcribing their handwritings are nightmares but with their kind help, my job has never been better. Amazingly, I get to know few medical terms based on diagnosis and treatment plans.
The clinic is made up of 19-people in a team. We have 4 Doctors, 2 OH Nurses, 4 Paramedics, 4 Ambulance Drivers, 2 Admin Staffs, 2 Transport Drivers, and the Clinic Manager. We may be not huge in numbers but our clinic is standing right in the middle of the desert and is really a beauty and facade of medical care.
Today, 26 senior managers will come for a visit. Shall I say clinic tour? Everyone’s so busy with their own thing, I may be the only one not cramming around I see, I should be glad.
Just i believe in, all things well ends well!
