I was at a certain lending office, waiting for the agent to call my name, and was the first time i apply for loan to get enough funds for my trip to Dubai.
A woman ahead of me is very talkative. She shares a lot about her loan and was telling us how she had, at one point, a bad credit in her credit history. I can sense that she is worried if her loan will be approve or not, but she’s been claiming that ‘late charge’ that she had on her history was not her fault – and it was the service booth.
I understood. I have heard that issue before. I was informed not to disburse to this ‘service booth’ on your due date because they remit 2-3 days after. So more or less, you’ll be penalized.
But what if, due to unpredictable situations, you renumerated later than the due date and marked bad in your credit history? How are we going to ensure the lending company that we’re really capable? Is there anyway we could clear our bad credits?
As to what I have heard, you CAN have a

It’s a fact that when we’re going to get some loan, like housing loan and car loan, our credit history is required to be checked. If we don’t have a good credit background, most probably, our loan will be turned down and denied. That’s really frustrating and we’re wanting to get a
