|I recently put ‘GGB’ in one of my profile status when people start asking me what ‘GGB’ is about. I find it really amusing because I thought no one would ask. Why would it create such a buzz if the term is just so ordinary? Well, what I missed to apprehend is the fact that I have foreign viewers and readers. So, the blame is really on me. Hah
Ok, ok. GGB means ‘gulo-gulo-buhay’ in my country. The term can be serious and a joke depending on how people perceive it. It’s more of as an expression to us against the true meaning of the word. As for my status, I used it as both. GGB, for me, means ‘a miserable life’, ‘a messy life’, ‘super doper busy’, ‘topsy-turvy life’ or simply ‘busy’.
To give justice to the word, i pass around a message to all the people in my YM friend's list, and here are few of the responses i gathered:
Ma’am Dionne said: “life is a mess? life is in chaos? ambot hahahhaa”
