When I read Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code book, it made me wish to travel to different places in France and I came to like France more than anywhere in the world. The book introduces to the beautiful buildings and architecture of the country. By then, I am desiring to go to France; I want to be in the place with all the best things my eyes could ever see.
I was so jealous one time when a friend of mine, together with her husband, went to France for their First Year Anniversary. I couldn’t help myself but wish to have a great husband like hers that would bring me to the beautiful country like France. My friend, Sherry, told me that they stayed for awhile in Nice and had a room in a one of the best Nice Hotels nearby. She boastfully told me they went to see the wonderful hilltop perched villages, upscale resort cities, and neighboring Alps villages. She went shopping, gone to splendid dining, and that, Mike, her husband gave her dozens of fresh flowers. Three days after, they moved to visit the beautiful Paris. She said there are tons of Paris Hotels you can choose to stay there. With all the places they listed to visit including Notre Dame Cathedral, The Louvre, Arc De Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Centre Pompidou and many more, they are excited to simply get the new hotel room and start sight-seeing. She said, she get a room in the hotel at Latin Quarter. Latin Quarter, as what she uttered, has this small street with tons of bistros and restaurants. She also said, she had the best shopping experience at the place and was mentioned purchased a dozen of broad assortment of pottery. They enjoyed so much of their time visiting places in Paris. And she openly told me, that she’d like to hotel-hopping if they only have the extra cash with them. Though she candidly shared to me that there are tons of cheap hotels in Paris, they should have known earlier; they could have been did the hotel-hopping. She showed me so many pictures of the trip, and nothing else I could react to them but my sighs of envy. Hehe. Well, in fairness, she gave me a souvenir with a note that I shouldn’t be envious because I can go there someday. So, I smiled. After then, I promised to myself, I will go to France; visit all the popular cities of France, capture every beautiful architectures of the country, go and eat in the finest country’s restaurants, and hotel-hopping in all France Hotels. Sighs, life will never be more livable and lovable by then.
